Katie Was So So Nervous to Tell People That She Was Going to Be Doing Permanent Make Up.
As a stay at home mum without a background in beauty she worried she might not get any clients.
After her husband lovingly talked her into a Facebook business page, she ended up putting it out there and hey presto… 5 bookings immediately.
She Came Across Very Confident Whilst Working on Clients.
We worked on so many types of people in what was such a varied week.
Katie was overwhelmed when one of our clients happily paid for her treatment and then even left a nice tip to Katie because she was so thrilled with the result.
She’s never experienced this level of gratitude & appreciation before. It was a joy to watch her confidence grow.
You Walk So Differently When Your Confidence is Fuelled by Self Belief, Rather Than Validation of What Others Think of You.
I explained to Katie that to build trust and be taken seriously in the permanent makeup industry, she needs to educate her potential clients online first.
I’ve seen over and over again from every walk of life people overcoming the hurdle of a new industry by always delivering more than is expected from them.
Even in the early days when I barely had any clients, I’d enjoy going to the coffee shop and working on my website and putting out as much useful information as I could for people considering permanent makeup.
The ways to get clients are absolutely endless and there’s no right or wrong, as long as you spend the time working away behind the scenes.
Building a Successful Business is Very Addictive.
Business is a sport you never have to retire from & if you get it right… you’ll never want to.
Keep going until you are so proud of yourself.
See you back in a few months for more xx
