It’s Been Such a Fun Laid Back, Relaxed Training Session With Amy
Amy has been a bar maid forever. She’s bubbly and loves dealing with the general public. She’s looking forward to the fact that she’ll be just one to one with each individual client from now and she’ll be able to use her creativity more.
Super calm is the way she naturally is, but with over 2 year’s preparation she was already way ahead of the game. I told Amy this was one of the easiest training courses I’ve ever had. So in-between clients, I was going through Amy’s marketing and showing her where she could improve and make her adverts more impactful.
Explaining that there is a sequence & that business is a game of timing which became more obvious as we looked through some of my previous students marketing that worked so well.
It’s About Learning in Business That There’s a Time to Plant the Seeds (Educating Potential Clients) and Later on is the Time to Reap the Rewards (Booking Them in)
It’s about knowing the difference and recognising it in everything.
I’ve always enjoyed studying & learning from some of the greatest, not just in my field but in every industry imaginable who were at the top of their game.
It’s always great to learn from those that create the greatest impact and understand timing.
It was great for her to meet some of my other lovely students to see how they were using their time, getting on at building their permanent makeup businesses.
Timing is Everything
Many people don’t realise that part of the art of cooking is timing, the difference between a dry dish and a perfect dish is time.
It’s timing in football not just skill, right kick at the wrong time and there is no impact. It’s easy for players to be more moved by the crowd than by the ball.
Timing is everything when it comes to comedy, to speaking, to writing music, to singing, to taking the best before & after pictures for social media.
It’s not just about if you can you read music, but can you keep time, it’s not just can you tell a joke but can you keep time.
In Marketing You Can Give a Great Message and Wrong Timing and It Be Ineffective
Everything has a rhythm, in business, in comedy, in nature, in creation in procreation. There’s a few steps that need to be done first before clients respond. Amy now has a step by step action plan of what should come next.
Amy is a doer. She’s really gotten on with it on the lead up to her training. She’s created business cards and we poured through all of her wonderful promotional material, her website, and created a step by step what to get on with next and importantly how to respond to client inquiries so that they create more excitement and interest.
Have a great Christmas Amy & I will look forward to seeing you back in a few months for your assessment. xx
