What a difference one year can make. It feels like just yesterday since Lori-ann started learning permanent makeup.
Her dream was to quit waitressesing within a year and have more time with family. Fast forward 12 months…and permanent makeup now is her only profession.
It took a little while to get off the ground and to find her feet as Lori-ann was not from the beauty industry so this was completely new to her.
But After Learning More About Attracting Clients on Social Media, She Now Has a Steady Stream of Them Flowing to Her Regularly.
She now has her own little clinic where she can pick and choose the hours she likes to work.
Her work is lovely and her clients definitely agree as the amount of 5 star reviews are testament to how much effort she applies.
And She’s Only Just Scratched the Surface of What She is Capable of in the Future.
In a typical week of permanent makeup she now earns what she would make in a month in the bistro and in a lot less hours. This his leaves her much more time to spend with her 3 children, husband and 5 dogs.
Paul spent some time going through her website, Facebook and referrals and now she has even more strategies for growing her business going forward.
And I Just Took Her Back to the Very Basics of Her Original Goals and What She Would Like to Achieve in Year 2.
It’s important when you enter the permanent makeup industry not to compare yourself to others. Just focus on the type of clients you love to work on and not to get side tracked as with all social media out there, you can easily feel inferior.
The plan for the future is to get her hubby working full time on the business so that she can just make people look and feel beautiful every day of the week.
