Lucy & Anthony Are A Permanent Makeup Success Duo
Lucy trained with Katy at the permanent makeup training academy in December 2013, she worked at her mums makeup shop for 5 years before she decided to do the training course.
Lucy’s boyfriend Antony was a personal trainer for 6 years then worked in pharmaceutical recruitment for 5 years after that. When she booked in to learn how to do permanent makeup Antony decided he wanted to tag along and do the course too. Despite being a little anxious that women wouldn’t trust a man to tattoo their makeup.
Customers As Soon As They Had Finished the Training…
After leaving the PMTA they went home and started tattooing friends and family straight away, after uploading their first pictures of tattooing to Facebook, the more bookings they got.
They Moved Into A New Flat…
Because they both lived with parents they soon realised they could more than afford to move out into an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one to turn in to a clinic and work from home
Soon Lucy was making in a week what she earned in a month… So She Quit Her Job!!
Soon Lucy was making in a week what she earned in a month working full time at her mums shop so quit and put her all into permanent makeup as a full time job.
More Clients Than They Could Handle…
Antony was working 8am to 6:30pm in the office, tattooing most nights and every weekend. Within two to three months they found that they had too many people booking in for the one bed in one room in the apartment

…They squeezed two beds in to one clinic so they can work together and their clients LOVE it!

Lucy’s best week so far has been 5 months in and £2300 in 7 days. The least she has made in a week has been £400.00
At the moment Antony is building clinics up across Yorkshire and is has just handed in his notice as well.

A Leeds Rhinos rugby player even approached Antony and asked him to work alongside of him doing permanent makeup in a new tattoo studio he is opening because he loved his work.

Lucy is now fully booked up for the next 5 weeks and has just booked a Christmas trip to New York and bought her very own brand new car.
