Former Student Natalie Named as a Finalist in UK Micropigmentaion Awards
Natalie trained here at the Permanent Makeup Training Academy with Multi-Award Winning Industry Expert, Author & Head Trainer, Katy Jobbins.
In that time Natalie has gone from strength to strength developing and expanding her permanent makeup business backed by our Permanent Makeup Business & Marketing Mentoring program. Within just 18 months of her initial training, Natalie was shortlisted as a finalist at the UK Micropigmentation Awards and is also now earning around £1,000 a week, matching her previous marketing directors jobs wage, but with only doing about half the hours she used to.

Natalie has returned to the Permanent Makeup Training Academy to have some more permanent makeup treatments with Katy. So we took the chance to catch up with Natalie to see how she has got on over the past 18 months…
Natalie explains how she was nominated for Best Permanent Makeup Artist in the UK with under 2 years experience.
Natalie also explains how she works with a number of salons in her area as well as working from her own premises. She now has 13 salons promoting her and is always looking to develop even more relationships with salons.
Natalie also explains how she is now earning as much as she did in her previous corporate role as a Marketing Manager, however where she used to work at least 55 hours per week she now only works about 25 hours at the most. So a real great work life balance turn-around making full-time salary working part-time hours.
Natalie is finding that her initial clients are now coming back for top-up treatments but also having more that one treatment as well. She says that having her own brows, liner and lips tattooed is a great advert for the treatments and clients tell her they want brows and lips just like hers.
Natalie is now working on producing an article about her award win to get into some of the industry national magazines.
