That’s why it was a pleasure for me to welcome back the fabulous Jenny who I trained just 6 months ago.
Although not from the beauty industry, based on her previous track record with success, I’ve been super excited & waiting for her return for assessment.
Jenny had spent years climbing to the top of an international estate agent company, to managing teams and taking care of several locations. She felt she had lost her passion, was reaching burnout and itching to work only on herself to set up her own dream business.

Jenny Missed Being Face to Face With Happy Clients in Her Day to Day Work. She Wanted to Go Back to Basics and Work for Herself.
After being inspired by one of the happiest people she knows…her mum, who has spent all of her life in the beauty industry & truly loves every minute, Jenny decided that specialising in a high end skill such as permanent makeup was the way forward for her.
Especially as she could be mentored through the first 2 years of transition and setting up her new and exciting business.
As the Super Achiever That She is, Jenny Has Done 3 Times More Case Study Clients Than Was Required, in Record Time and Whilst Still Working Full Time.
This is fantastic news. She’s also had so many 5 star reviews and I had not a doubt in my mind, her insane work ethic, clarity of goals, definiteness of purpose and self awareness would lend itself perfectly.
35 Clients she’s done this whilst working 5/6 days per week 12 to 14 hrs days whilst building a fantastic website, a portfolio, price lists, flyers.
She’s a Doer… Makes No Excuses, and Now It’s About Figuring Out What Next.
But also taking time to enjoy the whole process.
It’s not sustainable to keep working so many long hours like this, so Paul went through the next action steps in building her clientele, her pricing and the time she’ll have if takes that leap of faith at some point and go full time with her own business.
Simple goals… she wants the dream house and loves luxurious holidays and a little more time at home to spend with her lovely husband and cute little doggy.
She Will Succeed in Everything She Has on Her List, Not Necessarily Immediately, but Definitely.
