Kirsty has shocked herself with how it’s gone so far, so quickly. Kirsty had been a stay at home mum for 8 years with no prior beauty experience, she’s an inspiration.
Within 8 Months She Has Won And Been Nominated For Countless Permanent Makeup Awards.
If that can happen in just 8 months, can you imagine what the compounding success looks like spending 5, 10 or even 20… years concentrating / focusing on just one thing and doing it incredibly well????
She decided to put her self doubt aside & just trust the process. She’s blown her mind with what can happen. Just last year Kirsty was a stay at home mum for 8 years, cleaning the house, doing the washing and ironing, school runs and cooking.
Now, I can’t lie and say she’s stopped all of that household stuff, but she’s now running a multi award winning successful permanent makeup business with the exact amount of clients to give her the perfect balance in life.
She’s Found Her Equilibrium And Happy Place Where She Is Contributing, Finding Fulfilment, Enjoying The Challenge Of Running Her New Business
In doing so, she has showed her two girls that you don’t have to choose between raising a family or having a career. In fact, if you put in the groundwork you can have it’s all!
Kirsty recently joined many of my other fabulous students at the star studded awards ceremony for the celebrity packed ‘UK Hair and Beauty Awards’ and walked away with an award for top 3 finalist ‘Rising Star’ of the permanent makeup industry & ‘Best Business Branding’ in the permanent makeup industry.
If That Wasn’t Enough She’s Now Also A Finalist For Best New Clinic At the 2023 National Beauty Awards
Her only regret was that she was so certain that she wouldn’t win in her category that neither she or her husband got out their cameras when they called out her name and she got up onto the stage to receive her award.
It’s so nice for her to have the recognition for all of the hard work and effort that she has been putting in behind the scenes on the marketing and branding side, the work that nobody sees but obviously the judges from the permanent makeup and hair and beauty industry can spot a mile off.
We Had Quite A Technically Tricky Day As We Worked On One Of The Most Difficult Permanent Makeup Corrections I’ve Ever Seen
Our client had been hiding her lips for over 20 years after getting a discount voucher and maybe not going to the best technician for permanent makeup in the past. She was loving the transformation as we successfully covered the unsightly scar tissue she had suffered with for decades.
Kirsty Watched Me From Afar As I Worked On The Worlds Flinchiest Client
We did some super simple quick and easy yearly eyeliner and eyebrow colour boosting treatments.
She had her own lushness lip colour from myself so she could enjoy the full client experience and have something to show all of her clients who are thinking of having the treatment.
