Oscar Winning Actress Names Katy Jobbins as the 2019 ‘Mentor of the Year’ at Last Friday Nights Women in Business Awards

We are delighted to announce that our trainer at The Permanent Makeup Training Academy, Katy Jobbins was named as the 2019 ‘Mentor of the Year’ at last Fridays 2019 East Sussex Women in Business Awards, held at the glamorous Black Tie Event at the Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne.
Katy who trains all our new students in the art of Permanent Makeup also mentors each and every one of them throughout their first year in business. Her willingness to share her skills, knowledge and expertise is also one of the reasons why so many of her past students have gone on to great business success, with many of them going on to win their own awards.
Katy is regularly praised for her positive attitude, enthusiasm for her craft & she acts as a positive role model for all those who train with her. She takes pride in having a personal interest in the mentoring relationship with each and every one of her students.
Last Friday night this was all rewarded when Oscar Winning Actress Rachel Fielding, who’s film The Silent Child, won an Oscar at the 2018 Academy Awards, announced Katy as the 2019 ‘Mentor of the Year’.
This adds to a long list of successes for Katy who’s Start-up Permanent Makeup Course had previously been voted at the ‘UK’s Health & Beauty Training Programme of the Year’ and her Permanent Makeup Training Academy who had been given a ‘Global Business Excellence Award’ for Outstanding Educational Service & also won the ‘Training Centre of Excellence Award’.
