Sharon has been so very worried in the year leading up to her training, so much so that at one point she’s tried to teach herself and it wasn’t going to plan.
She would email me with her work and I lovingly told her to put the blade down and just trust the process and she really did.
Her fear and panic changed to excitement as she trusted me to teach her to a level that she’d be comfortable working on people.
…and all of the people we met felt comfortable enough to put their trust in her, she did not disappoint them at all.
And Now She Has to Also Trust That She’ll Be Able to Get Clients
Sharon has a beautiful little clinic that she will be renting just one day per week until she builds up a good steady clientele.
Sharon has already proven that she can make it happen even as a single parent. She has already been running her own successful cleaning business and found it quite easy to pick up clients on social media and through word of mouth.
I’ve Given Her an Action Plan and She’s Going to Get to Straight to It
If she needs any additional help on the business and marketing side then she knows she can call and we have a wealth of information in our 2 year supporting program if she wants it.
Only follow what works and ditch what doesn’t… find someone who has created what you want to achieve and model them.
Time is super precious in the early days of startup so use all of the excitement & the momentum & don’t waste a minute if it’s not serving your purpose of building trust and connection with your clients.

There’s a big difference between what looks pretty and what is actually effective at attracting people when it comes to marketing permanent makeup
. It’s essential to spend time to choose the right words and writing content for websites, cards, flyers and anything else a client lays their nervous eyes on.
It’s about the 4 Cs…
1. Connection… what is unique and makes you the girl for the job?
2. Clarity… what you can do for them, that will make their life easier?
3. Compassion… caring is the most invaluable investment into great client relationships.
4. Consciousness…. What kind of business are you trying to create.
We Worked on a Very Loyal Client ...
… who’d been coming to many of my students for 16 whole years for brows, eyes and lips, we worked on newish clients who have been returning for 2 to 3 years, new referrals from other clients, people who’d had a bad experience in permanent makeup coming for corrective work and the most nervous of all the brand new clients.
Building trust, creating happy clients and great relationships is the fastest and only way to a busy diary.
