I have never been so proud of how much her life and attitude has changed.
I thought by day 3 that it might not work… I gave the hardest pep talk I’ve ever given, so hard I thought she may not return after lunch but by day 4 a brand new person stepped in and said I’ll trust the process I promise, and has never ever let me down since.

Susan left her 4 children (2 sets of twins, born just 18 months apart!). Early Friday morning, got on a plane from Scotland and left straight after to go home to her clients on Saturday.
Just 1 Year on From Her Original Training and Her Life Has Changed Dramatically
Within 4-5 months she left her job working in a nursery and she has her own busy clinic in Scotland that she just loves going to.
She’s also got more confidence than I’ve ever seen.
She has clients booked in almost every day of the week and fits it totally around all 4 of her children.

She’s worked so hard behind the scenes to pull it off. We’ve also mentored Susan on the business side over the last 12 months and have another 12 months to help her build her technical expertise and business acumen.
Nothing She Worried About During the First Few Days of Her Original Training Has Materialised, Every Client Has Been Very Happy, She Hasn’t Slipped Up and the World Never Caved in.
She unleashed her full creativity with customised colour blending for lips. On her assessment day we ironed out small technical issues and learned lips.
She also just observed as I did a full colour correction on someone who had been unhappy with work done elsewhere.

So she got into the chair herself and had the full client experience… almost fell asleep but thrilled with the result.
