From What She Made in a Week Making Cookies She Now Makes in 1 Day With Permanent Makeup.
Most importantly of all, she has freed up so much of her time to enjoy life again and spend more of it with her children.
She’s already achieved her goal of being booked up 2 to 3 days a week doing permanent makeup and now has a new goal of being booked up 4 or 5 days in the next 6 months because she enjoys it so much.
Although we went through Jo’s financial goals for the next year is just about to falling back in love with herself, the world and life over again.
She Had a Beautiful Mug Made for Me to Remind Me of the Advice I Gave Her That Has Helped Build Her Dream Permanent Makeup Business.
Jo was initially worried because she is not from the beauty industry and had never worked in such close proximity to people. She had to come out of her shell a little and I cannot believe the difference in her confidence in just 6 months.
Jo was so used to people constantly bargaining with her in the cake and cookie industry. In contrast, her clients in the permanent makeup industry are sometimes giving her up to £40 tips because they’re so thrilled with her work. More money in tips now than a lot of baking jobs made her after hours of hard work. Now, clients never question her value.
Jo Trained With Me in March & Closed Down Her Baking Business in April
It was not easy… angry cookie clients knocking the door down and begging and pleading for more.
Her local radio station asked her for an interview about why she became a permanent makeup artist and her cookie business & her cancer patients.
We went through all of her marketing material, some pricing structure for the next 6 to 18 months. I loved her positivity cards that she puts into her aftercare forms to remind her clients that they are enough…. such a special touch.
Beautiful Website, Tons of 5 Star Reviews, Cohesive Design and Vibe Throughout All of Her Social Media From Facebook to Instagram.
Referral programs for clients to recommend her.
Lots of amazing video reviews from happy clients, she just followed what we teach in our marketing step by step and it worked. It always works because the universe laws to reward those who go above and beyond the average Jo.
And I Always Knew She Was No “Average Jo``
I’ve often said that the way you do one thing is how you do everything. If her cakes were good enough for royalty then that is saying something about the pride she takes in everything she does as she continues to carve out a very beautiful life for herself and her family.
On a Side Note…
…I was almost in stitches and realised maybe I do have a severe shoe problem when Jo told me that her little daughter imitated me at home….
Her daughter puts on all of Jo’s high heels and pretends to be me teaching her how to do perfect permanent make up. You must send me a vid Jo next time she does it.
Maybe I should start mixing it up with some flats…. That was a joke BTW and is never going to happen.
Although Jo Has Gotten Off to a Flying Start, We Will Continue to Mentor Her Over the Next Year or Two to Make Sure It Continues as She Grows and Expands Her Business.
Self confidence is truly the end game, as Jo has discovered that once you start to believe in yourself, the magic really starts happening.
I’ll be training her daughter up in a few years I’m sure.
Thank you so much Jo for my beautiful gifts, my personalised candle, positivity card, chocolates and cup, good luck Jo. You will inspire others who run an already successful business and feeling seriously burnt out. You’ve shown that balance can be created & restored, that there’s still so much time to be whatever you want.
I’m very proud & really wish you the best. Stay consistent and keep trusting the process. Your time is coming and you utterly deserve all of your success. You’re a superstar.
